QR Communication Platform
Private contact for physical things

Scan the code. Reach the owner. Never see a phone number.

Every QR code you print becomes a digital asset. A stranger scans it and can message, call or video-call the responsible person through the platform — with escalation, quiet hours, consent and a full audit trail behind it.

How it works, step by step

From printing a sticker to a connected, logged conversation — this is the entire journey.

  1. 1 · Register the asset
A flat, a vehicle, a machine, a locker — anything physical becomes a digital asset with its own attributes, owner and rules.
  2. 2 · Attach a QR code
Activate a printed code against the asset. Codes move through manufacture, stock, sale and activation, so every sticker is traceable.
  3. 3 · A visitor scans
The scan opens a mobile-first page showing the asset name and your branding — no app, no signup, no personal details exposed.
  4. 4 · Visitor picks a purpose
Delivery, blocked parking, lost & found, maintenance… the purpose is captured first so the right person gets useful context.
  5. 5 · Connect privately
Message with photos, a masked phone call through a virtual number, or an instant in-browser audio/video call. Numbers are never revealed.
  6. 6 · Escalation until answered
No answer? The call moves L1 → L2 → L3, or rings every responder at once. Quiet hours respected, first to answer wins.
  7. 7 · Logged, consented, retained
Every session is consented and audited, messages auto-expire, and blocked or retired assets stop all contact instantly.

Three ways to connect

The visitor only sees the channels you allow on that asset — and your plan.

Async messaging
Text plus camera photo capture straight from the browser. Auto-purged after the retention window.
Masked phone call
A cloud telephony DID bridges the visitor and up to five saved host numbers. Neither side sees the other's number.
Browser audio & video
Instant Agora-powered calls with ringing, accept/decline, camera switch and speaker routing — nothing to install.

Built for privacy, resilience and accountability

This page is maintained by the platform team to answer common security and privacy questions. It describes controls that are live in the product — it is not an independent audit or certification.

Numbers stay hidden
Visitors never see a personal phone number. Voice calls are bridged through a virtual number and the stored contact numbers are kept encrypted.
Tenant isolation by default
Every table is protected by row-level security, so one organisation's assets, contacts and conversations are never readable by another.
OTP-only sign-in
No passwords to leak. Team members sign in with a one-time code, and roles decide exactly which portal and pages they can open.
Short data retention
Visitor messages auto-expire after 24 hours, and DPDP-aligned erasure requests are handled from the tenant privacy console.
Full audit trail
Activations, blocks, role changes, escalations and every call attempt are logged with actor and timestamp for later review.
Managed cloud hosting
Runs on managed cloud infrastructure with encrypted-at-rest storage, automated backups and health monitoring across voice, video and messaging providers.

Shared responsibility: the platform provides these controls; each organisation stays responsible for who it invites, the numbers it adds and how it responds to visitors. Certification programmes and formal uptime commitments are not claimed here — contact us for the current status of any compliance programme.
